What I do for a living

Early in my career I decided that I enjoyed solving problems and helping people. This journey took me from a door-to-door sales job at Xerox Corporation over to the software support world.

Over the last six years, I've helped run customer support at several software startups. I’ve built teams, introduced strategic processes and tools, all while focusing on a culture of learning and growth.
